The Tamara Kodai offers versatile conference spaces designed to combine productivity with tranquillity. Puliyan Hall and Paliyan Hall are perfect for corporate retreats, conferences, or milestone celebrations.

General Inclusions:

  • Accommodation in Luxury/Superior Suites.
  • A wholesome breakfast at La Providence, our multi-cuisine restaurant.
  • Tea and coffee making facilities with daily replenishment.
  • 24/7 Wi-Fi connectivity.
  • Complimentary access to the swimming pool, gym, and fitness centre.
  • Access to our in-house library and board games.

Exclusions (Charged separately unless specified):

  • Travel to and from the resort.
  • Telephone usage, laundry, and alcoholic beverages.
  • Travel insurance and expenses at The Verandah.
  • Sightseeing activities not included in the package.

Resort Policies:

  • Check-in:14:00 hours (Early check-ins are welcome to use the resort’s facilities).
  • Check-out:11:00 hours.
  • Valid Aadhaar Cards for Indian nationals and Passport copy for foreign nationals to be submitted at the time of check in.
  • Breakfast is served at La Providence and cannot be redeemed via in-room dining.
  • In-room dining: Available from 08:00 AM to 09:30 PM.
  • Room booking:Subject to availability and full payment at the time of confirmation.
  • Cancellation/No-show policy:Resort reserves the right to charge for the entire duration of stay.
  • Non-utilisation of package services does not entitle a refund.
  • Payments:Cash payments up to INR 10,000; credit cards (Visa/MasterCard/AMex) and debit cards accepted (Indian cards only).
  • Swimming pool:Complimentary access. We recommend nylon swimsuits and sunscreen. Swimsuits available at The Verandah at additional cost.
  • Steam and Sauna:Complimentary with prior appointment.
  • Pets:Not allowed.
