- Resort Policy - Cancellation Policy - Green Guidelines
- No cancellation, amendment, postponement charges will be levied if the resort is informed 7 days prior to check-in.
- 100% of charges will be levied if cancellation, amendment or postponement is requested less than 7 days from check-in.
- Please note: For all bookings between 24th December and 1st January, there will be a 15-day cancellation policy in place.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and subject to additional charges
