If you should arrive early, and your suite is not ready, you are welcome to use the facilities while you wait for it to be available

Our packages are inclusive of breakfast at The Falls, a multi-cuisine restaurant at the property. This meal cannot be redeemed through in-room dining services
In-room dining services are available at the resort. We take orders from 08:00 AM till 09:30 PM
Room booking is subject to availability at the time of confirmation against full payment
In case of cancellation or non-arrival, the resort reserves the right to charge for the entire duration of the stay
Non-utilization of any facilities in the package does not entitle guests to a refund
