If you should arrive early, and your suite is not ready, you are welcome to use the facilities while you wait for it to become available - Check out: 11:00 AM
- We request our guest to keep in mind that children below the age of 12 DO-NOT have access to the resort for safety reasons
- Our packages are inclusive of breakfast at The Falls – a multi-cuisine restaurant at the property. This meal cannot be redeemed through in-room dining services
- This package starts from breakfast the day after check in and ends with breakfast on the day of check out
- In-room dining services are available at the resort. We take orders from 08:00 AM till 09:30 PM
- Booking confirmations are subject to availability
- Valid for pre-purchase against full payment
- In case of cancellation or non-arrival, the resort reserves the right to charge for the entire duration of the stay
- Non-utilization of any facilities in the package does not entitle guests to a refund
- We accept payments through cash up to INR 10,000, and through VISA and MasterCard credit cards and all debit cards (Please Note: We accept only Indian credit and debit cards)
- Usage of Swimming Pool is complimentary
- We advise guests to carry nylon swimsuits, sunscreen and other personalised items.
- Swimsuits are also available at The Verandah at additional cost
- Usage of steam and sauna is complimentary on prior appointment
- Pets are not allowed in the resort
- Accommodation for a couple in our Luxury Cottages, elevated on stilts overlooking the hills, featuring the perfect ambience and an impressive list of modern in-room facilities
- Scrumptious and wholesome breakfast, lunch & dinner at The Falls
- Guided plantation tour with our in-house naturalist during season
