Corporate reservations require a minimum of 5 Luxury Cottages.
The Tamara Coorg Conference Hall
Our conference hall provides an ideal setting for business events, featuring modern amenities and a tranquil atmosphere, ensuring that your meetings are productive and inspiring.
General Inclusions:
- Accommodation in our Luxury Cottages, perched on stilts with breathtaking views of the hills, and equipped with modern in-room amenities for ultimate comfort.
- A scrumptious and wholesome breakfast at The Falls, our multi-cuisine restaurant.
- Guided plantation tour with our in-house naturalist (seasonal activity).
- Guided trekking with our resident naturalist (seasonal activity).
- Yoga session with our in-house instructor to rejuvenate the mind and body.
Exclusions (Charged separately unless specified otherwise):
- Travel to and from the resort.
- Telephone usage, laundry, and alcoholic beverages.
- Travel insurance.
- Meals not included in the package
- Expenses incurred at The Verandah.
- Sightseeing destinations not listed in the package inclusions.
The Window
Located over a valley with stunning views of a three-tiered waterfall and flowing stream, The Window offers a unique setting for business retreats. With expansive glass walls and natural light, it creates an inspiring atmosphere for brainstorming, conferences, and breakout sessions.
The Crest
Located just beyond The Window, The Crest is a versatile, 1550 sq. ft. multi-functional space designed for corporate meetings, breakout sessions, pre-functions, and more. With its bright, airy atmosphere and expansive views of the property’s greenery ….
Resort Policies:
- Check-in:14:00 hours. Early arrivals can use the resort facilities while awaiting suite availability.
- Check-out:11:00 hours.
- Age Policy:Children below the age of 12 are not permitted in the resort for safety reasons.
- Our packages include breakfast at The Falls, which cannot be redeemed through in-room dining.
- In-room dining is available from 08:00 AM to 09:30 PM.
- Room booking is subject to availability at the time of confirmation with full payment.
- Cancellation/Non-arrival:The resort reserves the right to charge for the entire stay.
- Non-utilisation of any facilities in the package does not entitle a refund.
- We accept payments through cash (up to INR 10,000) and VISA/MasterCard/Amex credit and debit cards (Indian cards only).
- Swimming pool usage is complimentary.
- We advise guests to carry nylon swimsuits, sunscreen, and other personalised items. Swimsuits are available at The Verandah for an additional cost.
- Steam and sauna usage is complimentary with prior appointment.
- Pets are not allowed in the resort.
