  • No cancellation, amendment, postponement charges will be levied if the resort is informed 7 days prior to check-in.<\/li>
  • 100% of charges will be levied if cancellation, amendment or postponement is requested less than 7 days from check-in.<\/li>
  • Please note: For all bookings between 24th December and 1st January, there will be a 15-day cancellation policy in place.<\/li>
  • Refunds will take 10 working days to come through and will attract 5% of payment gateway charges.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/details>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

    • Check-in Time is 01: 00 pm and Check-Out Time is 11: 00 am.<\/li>\n \t
    • Early Check-in or late Check out will be taken as full-day occupancy and the guests will be charged for the same.<\/li>\n \t
    • Suite bookings are for double occupancy only. On request of triple occupancy, the following conditions apply:\n
        \n \t
      • For a third guest above 7 years of age, extra charges will apply<\/li>\n \t
      • For guests below 7 years, the resort does not provide an extra bed, but will provide bedding on a diwan in the living space, about 6 feet in length<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n \t
      • Usage of Swimming Pool is complimentary. Guests should carry Nylon swimsuit, cream, and lotion kit.<\/li>\n \t
      • The resort has basic paramedic facilities<\/li>\n \t
      • There is\u00a0No Doctor on call\u00a0<\/b>facility available in the resort. Nearest hospital is 4 km from the resort.<\/li>\n \t
      • Our packages are inclusive of breakfast and dinner at La Providence \u2013 an all-day dining restaurant at the property.\u00a0These meals cannot be redeemed through in-room dining services.<\/b><\/li>\n \t
      • Guests can relish the food served at La Providence during the following fixed hours\n
          \n \t
        • Breakfast: 07:30 am to 10:30 am<\/li>\n \t
        • Lunch: 12:30 pm to 03:30 pm<\/li>\n \t
        • Dinner: 07:30 pm to 10:30 pm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n \t
        • Meals, which are a part of the package cannot be redeemed against room service.<\/li>\n \t
        • Guests with all-inclusive package will have their meals served at La Providence \u2013 the all-day dining restaurant as a\u2019la carte or buffet depending upon the operational convenience. However, guests are free to ask for any specific food preference from the menu as per their suitability.<\/li>\n \t
        • In-room dining services are available 24\/7 at the resort.<\/li>\n \t
        • As per the resort policy, non-occupants are not allowed to gather or visit the guests in the suite.<\/li>\n \t
        • The reusable flip-flops are placed as an initiative by the resort in the suites to avoid wastage and is only for in house use and convenience of the guests. In case if guests want to have their own, they can buy it from the retail shop in The Verandah.<\/li>\n \t
        • Any other reusable items kept in the suites are not supposed to be removed by the guests. If the guests want similar products, they can check with the Reception and in case of availability, can buy from the retail shop at The Verandah.<\/li>\n \t
        • The guest should cause no damage to the property, suite, or any of the belongings of the property and the suite. In case of any damage done, the cost for replacement or repair will be charged to the guest.<\/li>\n<\/ul>

          • Before arrival at The Tamara Kodai, we recommend sparing a moment to read through our resorts policies, as we believe that each guest wishes to preserve the tranquillity at The Tamara Kodai. Hence we request our guest to respect the resort\u2019s policies. In case of any violation of the policies, the resort reserves the rights to ask the guest to vacate the resort.<\/li>\n \t
          • We request you to make prior appointments for any experience such as a trek or a yoga session.<\/li>\n \t
          • Our suites are ideally designed for double occupancy with one king-sized bed and a couch. Hence, we encourage accommodation of two individuals in a suite (2 PAX\/suite).<\/li>\n \t
          • Food and Liquor bought from outside are not allowed in the resort.<\/li>\n \t
          • Pets are not allowed in our resort.<\/li>\n \t
